Cascata, Italian for waterfall, is named after the 418-foot waterfall that glistens down the side of a mountain right next to the course. Cascata Gold Club is a Harrah’s property and is exclusive to people staying at Harrah’s property hotels. Cascata is located in Boulder City, Nevada and it is a relaxing place to spend the afternoon and play a round of golf.This golf club prides itself on attention to detail. Almost any wish will be granted to guests while playing at Cascata. The staff will create pretty much any dish or drink that you could imagine especially in the 37,000 square foot clubhouse. The par- 72, 18-hole course has been strategically planned so that you aren’t likely to see another golfer while playing each hole. Mostly frequented by the casino’s high-rollers, Cascata is just as secluded as it is beautiful.
The Tuscan-style clubhouse offers a wonderful restaurant with a wait staff that will make you feel like king for a day. An exciting fourteenth hole offers a par-4. The hole is 440 yards and there is water almost surrounding the green. It’s challenging, but like most holes on this course, a good score is not completely out of reach. |
